An MfN registered mediator, specialised in business, real estate and labour mediation. Court mediator, ADR registered international fully certified mediator, conflict coach and arbiter, as well as ICR registered international fully certified conflict coach.

As a member of the Netherlands Mediation Federation (NfM), the Netherlands Mediators Association (NMv), the Vereniging van Arbeidsmediators Nederland (VAN), Hans is a member of the Council for Legal Aid (RVR).

Over 40 years of experience on the Dutch property market, MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors RICS), Realtor Member of the National Association of Realtors) as well as with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) as an acknowledged expert on energy labels for the housing market.

CONSULTANCY AND MANAGEMENT

In day-to-day practice for the DGA, the entrepreneur and the wealthy private individual, Hans is a discussion partner, who often plays the “devil’s advocate” in the conversation to really move forward the discussion and enable critical decisions. That different opinion may be a reason to revise the intended decision-making process.

Decades of management experience and having held many executive board positions, both as chairman and often as co-founder. Both on a commercial and non-profit level. Usually in the Netherlands but also internationally.
